Abstract submission

All abstracts on any topic relating to diabetic nephropathy research are welcome and should be submitted as an attachment (RTF or word-format) by e-mail to the Secretary of the Study Group (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)

Abstract Submission Guidelines

A. General conditions:

Deadline for abstract submission: January 11th 2016

Abstracts must be submitted in English

The name of the presenter must be stated in 'subject' line of the e-mail – and each abstract must be submitted in separate emails.

Accepted abstracts will be published in the programme/abstract book

B. Presenting author and registration:

The presenting author must register as an active participant at the conference at the latest 14 days after acceptance of an abstract.
EDNSG 2016 reserves the right to exclude any abstract that is not followed by a participant registration at the latest 14 days after notification of acceptance. 

C. Contents of your abstract:

The abstract must not exceed one page of A4 paper (max. 400 words), font size no smaller than 12.

The abstract must include names (initials and family name) and affiliation addresses of all authors. 
The structure of the abstract must include the following headings: Objective, Design, Setting, Patients, Main Outcome Measurements, Results and Conclusions.

D. Reviewing:

The scientific committee will review the abstract.
Notification of acceptance or rejection of the abstract will be sent to all authors in the end of February 2016.
